Giacomo brings over twenty years of experience in the fine dining industry, culminating in a role with the prestigious Enrico Bartolini Group, a 13-Michelin-starred chef.
Passionate about wine from an early age, he studied at Carlo Porta in Milan, where he was inspired by masters such as Giuseppe Vaccarini and Enrico Bernardo to pursue a career in sommellerie.After graduating in 2008, he gained international experience in the UK, France, New Zealand, and Australia, working with acclaimed restaurants including Le Gavroche in London (2 Michelin stars) and Il Vino in Paris alongside Enrico Bernardo, where he deepened his expertise in French wines.
Among his recognitions, he was awarded the Silver Medal at the ASPI competition for Best Italian Sommelier.
